Roasted in the home of art and elegance
Every charge of TESTA ROSSA coffee espresso is roasted in our own roastery in Belluno, a town in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. This is where the noble green bean blend is conjured into our original espresso.
Finest arabica coffee beans from 4000 ft. TESTA ROSSA coffee is an authentic Italian masterpiece, a composition of the Brazilian Arabica Alta Mogiana and Central American Coffees enriched by the finest Guatemala highland beans. All our beans grow at an altitude of 4,000 to 6,600 ft – this is the high quality at the core of our espresso.
Careful harvesting and extraction: Care during the harvest and manufacturing process are our highest priority. Depending on the type of bean different methods to harvest the coffee are used. Our Central American washed Arabica coffee beans are picked manually so that only the ripe cherries are selected. After the extraction of the beans, the beans are dried in the sun.
